Using our Citizen R04, Rudolph LLC can produce components from a large range of hypodermic tubing sizes to meet your requirements. Features of those components may include:

1. Precision turned diameters, grooves, and tapers.
2. Components cut to precision lengths, plus or minus .001"
3. Deburring of ends, rounds and chamfers on OD's, chamfers on ID's
4. Cross holes, cross slots
5. Inside diameter reaming, feature depth dependent.
